Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Explores Securing Future Debt Pledges
A master’s thesis at the College of Law, University of Basrah, examined the pledge of future debt in a comparative legal study.
The thesis, submitted by student Hassan Mohammed Risan, aimed to present an analytical and comparative approach to the concept of pledging future debt, drawing comparisons between Iraqi legislation and the legal systems of France, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.
