University of Basrah Conducts Assessment for University Leadership
The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah conducted an assessment for university leadership focusing on financial management, as part of a broader program aimed at developing administrative and academic leaders within higher education institutions.
The exam sought to evaluate participants’ knowledge in financial and administrative domains and enhance their competencies in resource management.
The assessment was attended by several deans, assistants, and department heads, as part of a series of institutional performance development activities organized by the center.
This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s strategic direction to improve university management based on principles of governance, transparency, and accountability.
