Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines the Insurance of Mortgage Debt
A master's thesis at the College of Law at the University of Basrah examined the insurance of future mortgage debt (a comparative study).
The thesis, presented by student Hassan Mohammed Risan, aims to demonstrate the analytical and comparative approach between Iraqi, French, Jordanian, and Saudi legislation on the topic of "future mortgage debt."
The thesis includes four chapters, in which the student discusses the guarantees introduced within the framework of real insurance after various stages of legal development at the jurisprudential, legislative, and judicial levels.
