University of Basrah Holds Dialogue Session on Educational and Humanitarian Lessons from the Arbaeen Pilgrimage at the Shalamcheh Border Crossing
The University of Basrah organized a field-based dialogue session at the site of its service mawkib located at the Shalamcheh border crossing, focusing on the key educational and humanitarian values drawn from the Arbaeen pilgrimage, along the route of pilgrims heading to the holy city of Karbala.
The session featured participation from a group of university professors who discussed themes such as selflessness, volunteerism, social responsibility, and collective action. They emphasized that Arbaeen stands as a living model of the highest expressions of human values and called for leveraging this occasion to promote positive behavior within both academic and community settings.
