University of Basrah Organizes a Moment of Silence to Commemorate the Victims of the Genocide and Martyrs of Iraq
The College of Science at the University of Basrah organized a moment of silence to commemorate the victims of the genocide suffered by the Yazidi community and other Iraqi communities, and to remember the souls of the martyrs of Iraq who sacrificed their lives for the sake of national unity.
This moment of silence was an expression of human and national solidarity, an embodiment of the spirit of unity among the Iraqi people, and a rejection of all forms of violence and extremism that target Iraq's cultural and religious diversity.
