University of Basrah Organizes Seminar on Challenges and Issues in Human Resources
The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled “Obstacles and Problems in Human Resources: Solutions and Proposals”, with the participation of HR managers and staff.
The seminar aimed to discuss the challenges facing human resources departments and analyze their organizational, administrative, and human-related causes, while offering practical and applicable solutions.
The event featured presentations by Dr. Arefat Nasser Jasem, Mr. Ahmed Zaid Khalaf, and Mr. Musab Iyad Mohammed, who focused on skill development and the exchange of successful experiences.
The seminar also sought to promote a culture of administrative quality and improve institutional performance within the university.
