It also utilizes pragmatic linguistics and compares it with academic discourse strategies.
The dissertation includes four chapters, in which the student explains the strategies of solidarity discourse in Al-Fadhli's academic discourse, the strategies of directive discourse, the strategies of insinuating discourse, and the strategies of persuasive discourse.
