University of Basrah Prepares Dormitories for the New Academic Year
The staff of the Department of Dormitory Affairs at the University of Basrah has commenced extensive preparations to ready the buildings and facilities for receiving students in the upcoming academic year.
Dr. Maytham Abdul-Hussein, Director of the Department of Dormitory Affairs, stated that comprehensive maintenance campaigns have been carried out, including the renovation of rooms and corridors, maintenance of electrical and water systems, as well as cleaning and furnishing works, to ensure a comfortable and safe living environment for students.
Abdul-Hussein emphasized that the university is committed to providing the best services and supplies that contribute to creating a conducive atmosphere for study, reflecting the institution’s dedication to caring for its students and supporting their academic journey.
