A doctoral dissertation at the College of Law, University of Basrah, examined the concept of the validity of legal disposition.
The dissertation, submitted by the researcher Ali Kareem Faez, aims to shed light on the legal issues related to the self-enforceability of legal acts, as well as the challenges associated with the consequences of such enforceability.
The study was structured into four chapters, through which the researcher discussed the notion of the validity of legal disposition in two main sections: the first addressing the conceptual framework of enforceability in legal acts, and the second focusing on the governing principles and rules that regulate this concept.
