Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Explores Digital Leadership and Maritime Cyber Performance
A Master’s thesis at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Basrah, examined “The Interactive Role of Digital Leadership in the Relationship Between Critical Cybersecurity Factors and Maritime Cyber Performance – A Field Study at the Iraqi General Company for Maritime Transport.”
The thesis, submitted by Aws Osama Abdulaziz, aimed to explore the relationship between critical cybersecurity factors and maritime cyber performance, highlighting the interactive role of digital leadership in strengthening this relationship within the maritime work environment of the Iraqi General Company for Maritime Transport.
The study concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between critical cybersecurity factors and maritime cyber performance, and that digital leadership plays an interactive and positive role that further reinforces this relationship.
