University of Basrah Academic Participates in International Scientific Conference
Dr. Saif Mohammed Jassim Al-Maliki, a faculty member at the College of Education / Qurna, University of Basrah, participated in the Fourth International Scientific Conference, titled “Contemporary Scientific Research and Its Role in Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals”, hosted by the College of Educational Sciences at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University – Kurdistan Region.
Al-Maliki’s research focused on two main themes: first, examining the extent to which students in the Department of English at the College of Education use social media platforms; and second, regulating the use of artificial intelligence applications in the early stages of higher education.
His participation came through presenting his study entitled: “Artificial Intelligence and Its Impact on the Cognitive and Scientific Levels of Students at the College of Education / Qurna – Department of English: A Case Study.”
