University of Basrah Organizes "Three-Minute Thesis" Event
The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basrah organized the "Three-Minute Thesis" event, attended by the Dean of the College, Dr. Wissam Jumaa, a group of faculty members, students, and a number of doctoral students.
The event included individual presentations, in which students used simplified visual aids to explain their ideas and highlight the importance of their research and its potential application in academic and societal realities.
The event aimed to highlight promising research projects in a simplified scientific style, allowing students to present the summary of their theses in just three minutes.
Hiba Abdul-Hakim, a student from the Department of Geography, won first place, while Ahmed Khamat, a student from the Department of History, came in second.
