Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Explores the Evaluation of Teaching in Colleges of Education
A master’s thesis at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Basrah, examined the evaluation of teaching in Colleges of Education in light of the dimensions of sustainable development.
The thesis, submitted by student Taqwa Abdul-Qader Faleh, aimed to assess teaching practices in Colleges of Education from the students’ perspective, using the descriptive method. The research population included all students from the College of Education for Humanities and the College of Education for Pure Sciences, totaling 7,195 male and female students.
The study revealed the absence of a clear integration of sustainable development concepts in teaching, highlighting the need to reconsider the current teaching methods and approaches.
