A Faculty Member from the University of Basrah Selected as a Committee Member in an International Conference in Saudi Arabia
Dr. Maytham Abu Al-Heil Shaheed, a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Basrah, has been selected as a member of the scientific committee of the 5th International Conference on Computing and Artificial Intelligence (ICMI 2026), organized by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The conference is scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from April 9–10, 2026.
This selection is regarded as a recognition of his competence and scholarly contributions in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
