University of Basrah Faculty Member Participates in a Conference on Water Resources
Dr. Wisal Fakhri Hassan, a faculty member at the College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basrah, participated in the first conference entitled "Water Resources... A Recurring Crisis and an Unknown Future," held in cooperation with the Farm Organization for Agricultural Development and Environment.
During the conference, the lecturer delivered a lecture entitled "Ways of Coexistence with Water Scarcity," which addressed the most prominent challenges facing society due to water scarcity and ways to address them by reviewing successful international experiences, leading to practical recommendations that contribute to enhancing water and environmental security in the governorate.
