University of Basrah Holds Workshop Titled "Modern Science: Remote Sensing"
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basrah held a scientific workshop titled "Modern Science: Remote Sensing."
The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the concept of remote sensing and its importance in studying natural and environmental phenomena, as well as its role in supporting scientific research and modern applications in the fields of agriculture, natural resource management, and monitoring environmental changes.
The workshop, presented by researcher Muhammad Mahmoud Fadhel, included scientific explanations supported by practical examples on remote sensing techniques and how to use satellite imagery to monitor various environmental phenomena.
