The dissertation, presented by researcher Faiq Abdullah Ati, aimed to investigate the impact of cultural variables on Gulf ceramic art through analyzing artistic styles, materials used, and symbolic expressions.
The study addressed the concept of cultural variability, highlighting the interaction between the deep-rooted heritage of the Gulf states and the contemporary openness to global cultures.
The dissertation concluded that ceramic works have become a mirror of a shared world, embedding within their layers a wide spectrum of influences ranging from Eastern ornamentation to Western narratives.
