University of Basrah Staff Continue Routine Maintenance Work
The staff of the Department of Student Housing Affairs at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Projects and Construction Department, continued routine maintenance work in the student dormitories as part of a pre-planned program to rehabilitate infrastructure and provide a suitable academic environment for students.
Assistant Lecturer Mohammad Emad Al-Rubaie, Director of the Department of Student Housing Affairs, stated that the completed maintenance work included servicing electricity and water networks, monitoring cooling systems, repairing damaged doors and windows, and cleaning and disinfecting residential units and their sanitary facilities.
Al-Rubaie added that these efforts reflect the University of Basrah’s commitment to providing the best services for its students and ensuring the continuation of the educational process in a safe and healthy environment within the dormitories.
