University of Basrah Staff Activate Desalination Stations at Karma Ali and Bab Al-Zubair Sites
The staff of the Department of Student Housing Affairs at the University of Basrah have activated the desalination stations at the Karma Ali and Bab Al-Zubair sites. This step comes as part of the administration’s ongoing efforts to improve services and ensure the comfort of students within the dormitories.
The activation aims to enhance the provision of potable water and daily-use water for students, ensuring service continuity and improving living conditions inside the dormitories.
The work included inspecting the stations, confirming their operational readiness, operating the desalination stations at full capacity at both sites, and monitoring water quality to ensure its suitability for daily student use.
