University of Basrah Organizes a Symposium on the Importance of Psychological Counseling in Building a Balanced Environment for University Students
The College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, organized a scientific symposium entitled "The Importance of Psychological Counseling in Building a Balanced Environment for University Students."
The symposium aimed to raise psychological awareness on campus.
The symposium, presented by Dr. Hiba Majeed Issa and faculty member Lamia Subhi Nasser, included several topics focusing on the importance of psychological support in the educational process and the role of counseling in enabling students to overcome behavioral and academic challenges. It also aimed to raise awareness among faculty members about the importance of mental health to build a healthy and balanced university environment.
