University of Basrah Celebrates Commitment and Authentic Identity in an Honoring Festival for Female Students Wearing the Zainabiyah Abaya
Under the patronage of the University of Basrah, a honoring festival was organized under the supervision of Mr. Jabbar Ameen Al-Lateef, Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, to recognize a group of university female students wearing the Zainabiyah abaya. The event aimed to honor their commitment to authentic identity and high moral values, which exemplify an admirable model of the Iraqi university woman.
In his speech during the festival, Al-Lateef emphasized that this recognition aligns with the university’s vision of promoting noble values and fostering a culture of modesty and pride in religious and social identity among its students. He praised the students for presenting a distinguished image that reflects the authenticity and deeply rooted values of Iraqi society.
