University of Basrah Participates in the Iraq Education Conference 2025
A delegation from the University of Basrah, consisting of Dr. Shukri Shakir Faleh, Director of the Department of Registration and Student Affairs; Dr. Uday Basheer Issa, Director of the Ibn Sina Center for E-Learning; and Dr. Muntadhar Jumaa Mahdi, Director of the Department of Studies and Planning, participated in the Iraq Education Conference 2025, in its second edition, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The conference witnessed the presence of several renowned international educational organizations and institutions, including Times Higher Education (THE), Clarivate, Elsevier, QS, and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
Dr. Shukri stated that the conference aimed to enhance the quality of education, digitize educational services, and ensure the sustainability of the educational system, in addition to opening new horizons for academic development.
