University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on the Implementation Mechanism of the Electronic Academic Promotion System
The College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah organized a workshop titled “Implementation Mechanism of the Electronic Academic Promotion System.”
The workshop aimed to clarify the steps of applying for academic promotions electronically and to introduce the latest updates in the promotion regulations to ensure accuracy and transparency in procedures.
The session featured participation from Dr. Basel Abdul Zahra Abbas, Head of the University’s Central Promotion Committee, along with the Director of the Central Promotion Division and the Head of the College of Agriculture Promotion Committee. They provided a practical demonstration of the electronic system, reviewed the required forms, and explained the research evaluation mechanisms within the updated system.
