University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on the Regulations and Guidelines for University Performance Evaluation
The Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University Presidency organized a workshop titled “Regulations and Guidelines for Performance Evaluation Forms for the Academic Year 2024–2025”, held at Al-Sayyab Hall in the university.
The workshop aimed to clarify the new mechanisms for performance evaluation at the University of Basrah and to highlight the key similarities and differences between the current and previous evaluation forms, contributing to the development of the university’s administrative and academic systems.
Presented by a group of faculty members, the workshop included a detailed overview of the various types of performance evaluation forms, including forms for university leadership, as well as those for faculty members in colleges, research, and service centers. It also covered the evaluation forms for administrative staff and technical employees, along with an explanation of the regulatory standards for assessment files pertaining to the personnel of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
