University of Basrah Holds a Training Workshop to Develop Employees’ Skills
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basrah organized a practical training workshop aimed at enhancing the efficiency of new employees and familiarizing them with the museum’s exhibits and collections.
During the training, senior staff members provided detailed explanations of the displayed animal species and specimens, their presentation methods, and their scientific and educational significance. The workshop was part of an integrated program designed to prepare new staff for welcoming delegations and visitors.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the employees’ knowledge and communication skills, enabling them to perform their educational and cultural roles effectively, thereby improving the visitors’ experience and deepening their understanding of Iraq’s environmental and biological diversity.
