University of Basrah Hosts Ministerial Delegation to Assess Academic and Scientific Status
The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah received a ministerial delegation from the Committee for Evaluating the Scientific and Academic Reality for the academic year 2024–2025.
The delegation, composed of faculty members from various Iraqi universities, was welcomed by the Dean of the College of Nursing, Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab.
The visit aimed at conducting a comprehensive assessment of the college’s scientific and academic performance to ensure compliance with institutional and programmatic accreditation requirements. The evaluation also focused on several critical aspects, including the performance of the academic staff, research activities, laboratory readiness, and the achievement of quality standards in educational activities, particularly examinations.
