Master’s Thesis at the University of Basrah Explores Climate Culture in Quranic Texts
A master’s thesis at the College of Arts, University of Basrah, examined climate culture in Quranic texts as represented in IELTS and TOEFL examinations.
The thesis, presented by Miyad Mashkoor Abdul-Majid, aims to analyze the elements of climate culture found in Quranic texts within IELTS and TOEFL tests and to assess how the representation of environmental issues in these exams contributes to enhancing the understanding of global climate challenges.
The thesis consists of five chapters, through which the researcher discussed data analysis, findings, and recommendations.
