President of the University of Basrah Emphasizes Prompt Response to Citizens’ and University Staff Requests
The President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, accompanied by the Scientific Assistant Dr. Haider Khazaal and the Administrative Assistant Dr. Ayman Saleh, received a number of citizens and university staff members — including faculty and employees — at the Citizens Affairs Division in the university’s headquarters.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Asadi affirmed the university administration’s commitment to listening directly to the requests and concerns of visitors and working to address them as quickly as possible. He emphasized the importance of strengthening direct communication between the university’s presidency and its staff to help overcome challenges and ensure the best academic and administrative services.
Attendees expressed their appreciation to the university president and his assistants for their initiative in personally receiving and listening to their issues, noting that this step reflects the human and professional approach of the University of Basrah’s leadership in meeting the needs of its members and employees.
