University of Basrah Organizes Seminar on Building Healthy Friendships on Campus
The College of Administration and Economics, in collaboration with the Center for Continuing Education at the University of Basrah, organized a seminar titled “How to Build Healthy Friendships on Campus.”
The seminar aimed to raise students’ awareness of the importance of positive relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and to develop communication skills within the university environment.
Dr. Hanaa Abdul Nabi discussed the principles of choosing friends wisely, the challenges students face in building relationships, and methods to foster positive communication, such as active listening and constructive expression.
The seminar emphasized the importance of maintaining students’ psychological and social well-being through a safe and supportive campus environment.
