University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Quality in Education for Engineering Specializations
The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah organized a lecture on Quality in Education for Engineering Specializations as part of the Fifth Teaching Methods Course.
The lecture aimed to introduce the implementation of total quality management initiatives, support the improvement of processes, explore solutions to various challenges, and test them in a controlled manner.
Delivered by Dr. Uday Bashir Isa, the session provided a detailed explanation of quality concepts related to quality control and assurance, including the Pareto chart, SWOT analysis, the PDCA continuous improvement cycle, and ISO certification.
The lecture emphasized the importance of comprehensive quality application in education by conducting cause-and-effect analyses for all problems and identifying appropriate solutions.
