University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Performance Evaluation and Faculty Skills
To promote the concepts of quality in the academic environment, the College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah organized a seminar entitled “Developing Faculty Skills in Performance Evaluation within Scientific Quality Standards.”
The seminar aimed to enhance faculty members’ skills in academic performance evaluation and fulfill the requirements of total quality in education by developing their abilities to organize and document scientific and academic efforts according to established performance indicators.
The seminar included a lecture delivered by Lecturer Hazem Abdulmajid, which addressed the mechanisms for preparing and organizing faculty activity files for the academic year, as well as methods for documenting academic, research, and administrative activities in alignment with quality standards and ensuring distinguished university performance.
