University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Developing Faculty Skills
The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah organized an awareness seminar entitled “School Application for Developing Faculty Skills and Educational Leadership.” The event aimed to highlight the importance of educational leadership and its role in enhancing the academic and pedagogical performance of faculty members.
The seminar sought to emphasize the significance of developing instructors’ skills in managing the educational process and fostering students’ positive personalities capable of interaction and creativity within the classroom environment.
The seminar featured a lecture delivered by a group of the college’s faculty members, which addressed the role of school application in developing both students’ and instructors’ skills, as well as the impact of modern teaching methods on improving the educational process. The discussions also underscored the importance of classroom observation and practical application starting from the early stages of university study through the fourth stage.
