For Sustainable Childhood Development and Encouraging Innovation… University of Basrah Hosts Al-Irfan Primary School for Girls
The Cultural Center at the University of Basrah received a delegation from Al-Irfan Primary School for Girls, accompanied by their teaching staff.
Regarding the visit, the center director, Dr. Murad Hameed Abdullah, stated that the program included stimulating and developmental activities for the students to acquire new scientific and technological skills and knowledge, and to keep up with modern advancements in encouraging innovative solutions to environmental challenges based on active learning methods.
He added that the students also watched educational and entertaining films, including documentaries on astronomical events and phenomena, presented in cooperation with the Astronomy Enthusiasts Club.
