University of Basrah Organizes an International Online Workshop Titled “Our Life from Another Perspective”
The College of Education – Qurna at the University of Basrah, in collaboration with Shatha Al-Hayat Life Development Consulting in the United Arab Emirates, organized an international online workshop titled “Our Life from Another Perspective: An Introduction to the Thinking, Poetic, and Motivating Human Being.”
The workshop explored the concept of the human being as an integrated entity interacting with life through three main dimensions: intellect, emotion, and action. It aimed to provide a comprehensive vision that helps individuals better understand themselves and consciously navigate both personal and social life challenges.
The workshop featured lectures delivered by Dr. Shatha Mohammed Al-Ghazali from Shatha Al-Hayat Consulting in the UAE, and Dr. Zain Al-Abideen Salem Mardan from the College of Education – Qurna. The speakers discussed the importance of achieving harmony between mind, heart, and body as the foundation of balance and success on both individual and societal levels. The event also encouraged participants to engage in critical and creative thinking and to transform their ideas into positive initiatives that contribute to community development.
