Faculty Members from the University of Basrah Participate in a Course on Professional Conduct and Ethics

Faculty members Haider Rasheed, Alaa Jawad, and Sarah Salem from the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah participated in a course on professional conduct and ethics organized by the Veterinary Syndicate in cooperation with the Teaching Veterinary Hospital.

The course included scientific and awareness lectures focusing on the principles of professional conduct, mechanisms for adhering to veterinary practice ethics, and the role of veterinarians in society and their impact on enhancing health and preventive services.

This participation aims to strengthen collaboration with professional institutions, support training and capacity-building programs, and contribute to developing graduates’ skills and advancing the veterinary profession in Basrah Governorate.
