University of Basrah Holds a Lecture on Scientific Research: Strengths and Challenges for the Applied Specialization
The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basrah organized a lecture titled “Scientific Research: Strengths and Challenges” for Unit Eight of the Applied Specialization within the fifth Teaching Methods Training Course.
The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of scientific research and the stages involved in forming an effective research team.
Presented by Dr. Zainab Ali Khalaf, the lecture outlined key scientific content related to building a strong and cohesive research team, the characteristics of Tuckman’s model for team development, the stages of Tuckman’s ladder for establishing a successful team, the hierarchical structure of research teams, essential considerations when selecting a supervisor, how to work effectively with a research supervisor, and the ethical standards expected of scientific researchers.
