University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on the Impact of Physical Exercise on Hormonal Balance
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basrah organized an awareness lecture entitled “The Impact of Physical Exercise on Hormonal Balance in Women,” attended by staff members and individuals interested in health-related topics.
The lecture aimed to promote health awareness within the workplace and encourage participants to adopt exercise as a lifestyle practice that contributes to improving physical and psychological well-being.
Presented by the Museum Director, Dr. Shatha Mohammed Hamza, the lecture provided a clear scientific explanation of the importance of physical activity in regulating hormones in women, as well as the role of exercise in enhancing overall health and reducing the risk of several hormonal disorders. It also highlighted healthy practices that can be incorporated into daily life.
