University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Students’ Academic Rights, Duties, and Responsibilities
The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Basrah organized a workshop titled “Academic Rights, Duties, and Responsibilities of University Students”, attended by a number of students and faculty members.
The workshop aimed to raise students’ awareness of their rights within the university campus, familiarize them with their duties, and highlight the academic behaviors required to ensure a learning environment based on respect, discipline, and academic success.
The session, presented by Dr. Muslim Mohsen, Dr. Hasan Maleh, and lecturer Sajjad Sabah, covered the legal and organizational framework of university life, proper academic conduct, and the importance of adhering to university regulations to achieve a productive and enriching educational experience.
