A master’s thesis at the College of Law, University of Basrah, examined “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Administrative Contracts: A Comparative Study.”
The thesis, submitted by student Ali Abdul Hussein Thajeel, aimed to explore the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the drafting and execution of administrative contracts, as well as the legal role of these technologies amid the information revolution, in order to determine the legal status of AI in contract formation.
The thesis comprised four chapters, in which the student discussed the potential of artificial intelligence to expedite contractual procedures, reduce errors, and enhance transparency and efficiency in public administration.
