University of Basrah Hosts Students from Al-Shaheed Tareq Al-Deiri School
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basrah welcomed students from Al-Shaheed Tareq Al-Deiri School along with their teaching staff, as part of the museum’s scientific visit program aimed at raising environmental awareness and expanding students’ knowledge about living organisms.
During the visit, the students toured the museum’s diverse halls, exploring biological models, skeletons, and natural exhibits, while receiving scientific explanations from museum staff regarding the characteristics of animals, preservation methods, and the role of museums in supporting knowledge.
