University of Basrah Holds Educational Guidance Seminar on the Life and Leadership of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her)
The College of Education for Women at the University of Basrah held an educational guidance seminar titled “Leadership Lessons from the Life of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her) for University Youth.”
The seminar included several key themes. Dr. Anwar Abdulqader Mashi delivered the first topic, “Women’s Leadership: Lady Zainab (peace be upon her) as a Model,” highlighting the foundations of successful leadership and drawing lessons from her life in terms of awareness, emotional resilience, inspiring hope, sincerity to principles, and moral responsibility. She also emphasized values that inspire contemporary women—such as the pursuit of knowledge, intellectual empowerment, courage in facing challenges, and positive influence in society, politics, and education.
Dr. Hanaa Abed Al-Nabi presented the second topic titled “Zainab: The Mountain of Patience and a Role Model,” addressing important lessons from her blessed life. The third topic was presented by Dr. Hanan Ahmed Abdulkarim, who explored additional dimensions of Lady Zainab’s leadership and spiritual qualities.
