University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on Energy Security in International Relations
The College of Arts at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on energy security in international relations.
The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of energy security in international relations, both as a factor contributing to conflict and as a driver of cooperation among states, as well as its impact on the policies of producing and consuming countries.
The workshop featured the presentation of several research papers in which the researchers discussed the need to ensure the availability of adequate energy supplies and to protect supply routes from any disruptions or potential challenges.
