University of Basrah Organizes an Awareness Festival for First-Year Students
The College of Education for Women at the University of Basrah organized an awareness festival and welcoming event for first-year students.
The festival included several activities, beginning with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from the Dean, Dr. Amal Muhammad, in which she welcomed the new students and emphasized that the college is always open to support and empower them. She also highlighted that the college’s units work collaboratively to provide a safe and motivating university environment that fosters success.
The festival featured awareness and guidance lectures delivered by several faculty members, introducing students to the college’s key units and their role in supporting them.
