University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on Leadership and Teamwork Skills
The Cultural Center at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on leadership and teamwork skills, with the participation of students and individuals interested in developing their personal and professional competencies.
The workshop aimed to support and enhance young people’s leadership skills and to strengthen their role in society.
The workshop, delivered by Dr. Nizar Abdulmohsen Jaafar, addressed raising awareness of the concept of modern leadership and the roles of a leader, enhancing positive communication skills within teams, and learning strategies for building successful and productive work teams. In addition, participants were trained in collective problem-solving methods and in fostering a spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility.
