University of Basrah Organizes a Lecture on the Art of Making Friends
The College of Dentistry at the University of Basrah organized a developmental lecture entitled “The Art of Making Friends.”
The lecture aimed to develop students’ skills in forming healthy friendships and fostering positive human relationships through learning effective communication, building trust, and practicing tolerance and respect.
Presented by Dr. Huda Abdulrahim Ahmed, the lecture highlighted the best strategies for making friends and the fundamentals of maintaining healthy interactions, contributing to expanding social networks, building mutual trust, and promoting a spirit of tolerance among individuals.
The lecture also emphasized the importance of kindness, consideration of others’ feelings, and recognizing that effective communication, mutual respect, attentiveness, and empathy are essential pillars for any successful friendship.
