University of Basrah Concludes Dean’s Cup Football Tournament at the College of Administration and Economics
The University of Basrah concluded the Dean’s Cup five-a-side football tournament at the College of Administration and Economics, held with the participation of several college departments.
The tournament aimed to promote sports activities and foster a spirit of positive competition among students.
The final match was contested between the Business Administration and Accounting departments, resulting in the victory of the Business Administration team, which secured first place, while the Accounting team claimed second place.
Awards were distributed by the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ammar Youssef Dajer, and the Head of the Systems Department, Dr. Jawad Ijbarie Abdul.
The college administration emphasized its continuous support for student activities, highlighting their role in developing sportsmanship, as well as fostering university affiliation and responsibility.
