University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on the Transition from Secondary to Higher Education
The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Basrah organized an awareness workshop entitled “Transitioning from Secondary to Higher Education.”
The workshop aimed to prepare students for the university phase and its requirements.
Presented by Dr. Zainab Hamza Abbas Ayesh Al-Maliki, the workshop addressed the nature of the transition and the changes students experience when moving to higher education, highlighting the university procedures and regulations that must be followed on campus.
The workshop also covered topics such as the university dress code, leave policies, disciplinary measures, and the importance of adhering to ethical conduct in line with religious and societal values, contributing to an effective educational environment that serves the community.
