University of Basrah Welcomes Students from Qurtuba Intermediate School
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basrah welcomed students from Qurtuba Intermediate School for Girls for an educational visit aimed at enhancing their theoretical knowledge and practical understanding.
The visit sought to introduce the students to the importance of biodiversity and natural history, while fostering environmental awareness through direct engagement with the museum’s scientific exhibits.
During the visit, the students toured the various museum halls, observing taxidermied animals, skeletons, and natural habitats. They also attended simplified scientific explanations that helped link theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
