University of Basrah Organizes a Festival in Commemoration of Victory Day
The College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basrah organized the Victory Festival in remembrance of the martyrs of the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Units.
During his opening speech at the festival, the Dean of the College of Marine Sciences, Dr. Osama Qasim Khalifa, stated that the university draws inspiration from the principles of sacrifice and devotion exemplified by the martyrs, aiming to foster national culture and instill human values among the students.
