University of Basrah Faculty Member Participates in a Seminar on Human Rights
A faculty member at the Marine Science Center of the University of Basrah, Dr. Mohammed Mahdi Mohammed Al-Moussawi, participated in a seminar held on the occasion of the International Human Rights Day at the College of Education for Pure Sciences.
His participation included delivering a lecture entitled “Human Rights: Your University Guide to Your Rights and Responsibilities,” in which he highlighted the mechanisms adopted to protect human rights within the university.
The lecture aimed to promote a culture of human rights among university students and to familiarize them with their rights and responsibilities both within and beyond the university campus.
